Consultation for companies
The Welcome Service Region Stuttgart advises you as a small and medium-sized company for free on issues relating to the recruitment and integration of international professionals.
You can contact us if you have any questions about the recruitment of international professionals – both abroad and in Germany – or if you have specific questions about an individual case, e.g. with regard to specific entry and residence regulations.

Once a month, the Welcome Service Region Stuttgart offers free consultation hours in the districts of Böblingen, Esslingen, Göppingen, Ludwigsburg and Rems-Murr.

On thursday: Consultation hour for companies
Every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Welcome Service offers free consultation for companies who employ (or would like to employ) people from abroad – in person at the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation or online.

Welcome Center Stuttgart: Advice for your international employee
Does your international professional need support with recognition of qualifications, residence or family reunification? We advise your foreign employees for free at the Welcome Center, online or during our monthly consultation hours in the districts of Böblingen, Esslingen, Göppingen, Ludwigsburg and Rems-Murr.
Corporate events
We regularly offer free information events on the topics of “recruitment and residence” and “integration and onboarding”: Virtual or in person, with selected partners and networks, up-to-date and practical. The focus of the events is always the exchange with other companies and labor market players.
Job fairs
We regularly organize free job fairs to recruit foreign professionals together with the partners of the Skilled Professional Alliance Stuttgart Region, such as the Stuttgart Employment Agency, the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Skilled Crafts, the Stuttgart Job Center and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Stuttgart Region.

Application of your vacancies
Many of the people who come to us for advice are well qualified and looking for a job. We keep a list of companies that have vacancies and are interested in employing international professionals to advise job-seeking foreign professionals. We would be happy to add you to the list! We draw the attention of job-seeking professionals to your company and to job vacancies during the consultation. This also applies to internships or Master’s theses.
Dual Career
The Dual Career Network Stuttgart Region supports you as a company in attracting and retaining international profesionals who want to move to the region together with their partners. As part of the dual career program, partners can take part in workshops, get to know regional employers, prepare job applications and receive practical tips to open up their own career prospects.
At the same time, as a member company of the Dual Career Network, you will find out about potential new employees at an early stage. The network thus offers small and medium-sized companies in particular additional opportunities for successfully securing professionals.
Events on topics related to securing skilled workers are regularly offered to companies in the network, including the HR Business Breakfast and an After Work format. You can find the next events here.

Hi Tech!: Tech talents for the Stuttgart Region
The location marketing campaign Hi Tech! draws the attention of international tech specialists from the IT/AI sector to career opportunities and the quality of life in the Stuttgart Region and provides international start-ups with access to cooperation partners and support services.
On wesayhi.tech, companies from the Stuttgart Region have the opportunity to present themselves free of charge as employers for tech specialists or as cooperation partners for start-ups.
Interested tech specialists can submit a short profile, such as a LinkedIn link or CV, via the Tech Connector. This profile will be forwarded to the participating companies for networking purposes.
